What You’ll Do

• Provide OB/GYN coverage with call responsibility using a beeper system
• Support a small facility where the provider may be the primary/solo OB on site at times
• Manage patient care across all ages in both clinical and call settings
• Provide in-hospital coverage as needed (including weekend call frequency based on volume)
• Participate in procedures and surgeries, including laparoscopic GYN cases
• Coordinate care with existing support staff, including CNMs and anesthesia support (CRNAs)
• Use EPIC for documentation (EMR)

About the Assignment
This assignment supports a small facility that can operate with a provider as the primary/solo OB on site, with coverage that may require call twice on weekends depending on volume. You’ll work alongside a team that includes CNMs and CRNAs, with consistent OB coverage supported by additional locums as needed. Expected volumes include roughly 18–22 patients/day in clinic, 2–3 surgeries/week, and 1–2 deliveries per day when on call.
