Housekeeper Needed

We are looking for someone to come once a month to clean up cobwebs and sweep the basement, and clean on our first floor. Living room, small bathroom, kitchen, small office, bedroom and sweeping the stairs. Minimal organizing needed, maybe doing a deeper cleaning like the baseboards every so often? The most important parts will be the dusting everywhere and cleaning the bathroom. We do have a cat, but you will not have to take care of the litter or anything like that.
