Accuform Precision, a CNC machine shop recognized for machining high-value, complex, multi-sided castings, is seeking 2nd and 3nd shift Production Operators to join our growing team. Pay Range $18-$20

Requirements:

Your Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and tend to machines
• Understand, navigate and comply with all aspects of the job books
• Ensure efficient and safe operation of machinery
• Perform testing procedures to ensure that machines work optimally during the production procedures
• Understand how to process more complicated parts using more complicated measuring tools such as bore gages, inside micrometers and depth gages
• Maintain and clean machines before and after each shift
• Monitor machines during every procedure to ensure optimum running
• Troubleshoot problems during machine operation
• Report malfunctions to the supervisor or maintenance personnel
• Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
• Performs a variety of assembly or production duties with minimal supervision
• Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of machines
• Conform to health and safety regulations
• Work involves frequent lifting of materials up to 50 pounds
