Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is working with a school district in Connell, WA to hire a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year. The selected SLP will support a caseload of approximately 5560 students, providing critical speech and language services in a collaborative, student-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy services as outlined in students IEPs

• Conduct comprehensive speech/language assessments and re-evaluations

• Develop personalized therapy plans and monitor student progress

• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

• Maintain accurate service logs, progress reports, and documentation

Requirements

• Washington SLP license (active and in good standing)

• CCC-SLP preferred; open to Clinical Fellows with strong references

• School-based experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
