• True passion for food and hospitality
• 5 years of restaurant experience
• Has managed 2 million plus in sales
• Adaptable with a can-do attitude
• Organized & a strong problem solver

Executive Chef Responsibilities

• Create an environment that is positive, productive & fun to work in
• Expert in labor, food & Profit and Lost Budget
• Ensure team members are executing at the highest level for the guest experience
• Be a true leader, coach, and mentor
