About who needs care: I have no transport assist for myself or my 13 yr Old granddaughter 1/27/12 please I am a 51yr Old with a defibrillator In my chest they said I worked myself to death. Please forgive me I need held for me and my 13 yr Old granddaughter I am her legal guardian About the care needs: I need someone to help me with my personal ADL's I have a physical therapist from personal care " Adage " I HAVE A physical Therapist to help me and my granddaughter has asthma she needs an inhaler Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
