• Full-time, permanent opening (36 hours)
• Hospital employed position
• Total number of physicians in specialty currently in department at practice site: 1
• Total advanced practitioners in specialty currently in department at practice site: 1
• Total FTEs currently in department at practice site: 4
• Anticipated weekly work schedule: 8-5 M-F plus call rotation
• Anticipated volume of office patients per day: 16-20
• Call is limited to phone call for nursing home questions and after hours critical lab call backs (1:4 rotation)
• Epic EMR
• Inpatient is optional
