Job Title: Part-Time Guest Services Associate
Perfect for College Students, Home School Students or Those Looking to Build Experience in a Fun, Flexible Role
Location: Golden Spike Tower – North Platte, NE
Schedule: Daytime shifts only (we are open 9:00 AM–5:00 PM), with limited weekend hours

About the Role

The Golden Spike Tower is looking for 1–2 friendly, dependable, and enthusiastic part-time team members to help us welcome guests from around the world! This is a great opportunity for college students or anyone looking for a few hours a week in a positive, flexible, and casual environment.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in customer service, communication, and tourism, all while helping visitors enjoy one of Nebraska’s most unique attractions. We’re willing to train the right person—no experience required!

What You'll Do

• Greet guests with a smile and provide a warm, welcoming experience
• Answer questions and share information about the Golden Spike Tower and North Platte
• Operate the register and process gift shop purchases
• Help restock merchandise and keep the space tidy
• Assist with light cleaning or daily opening/closing tasks
• Promote the pride and spirit of Nebraska tourism
