The Role: As a Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle — from first conversation to signed contract and beyond. You’ll work with senior HR leaders across mid-market organisations, helping them unlock the full potential of their people with Thomas solutions.
This is your chance to be part of a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth while building trusted, long-term customer relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Win new business – drive new logo acquisition across our Mid-Market Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) segment.
- Deliver tailored solutions – run engaging, customer-centric demos that show the impact of Thomas products.
- Drive growth – collaborate with Customer Success to ensure upsell, cross-sell, and renewals within year one.
- Shape our strategy – work with leadership to execute the regional sales plan and hit ambitious targets.
- Influence our future – share customer insights to shape our products, campaigns, and go-to-market approach.
- Stay ahead of the market – analyse competitor activity and market trends to keep Thomas one step ahead.
Requirements
- Proven success in new business sales, ideally within a SaaS or tech environment.
- Skilled at building relationships with senior stakeholders (ideally HR leaders) and influencing at C-level.
- Strong experience delivering tailored demos and proposals that win deals.
- Confident using Salesforce CRM to manage pipelines and forecast accurately.
- Commercially sharp, resilient, and energised by ambitious targets.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, constantly evolving environment.
- Fluency in spoken and written French, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional context.
