Our client, a leading manufacturing and logistics organization, is seeking a Production/Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. As a Supervisor, you will be part of the operations department supporting the production and warehouse teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, communication skills, and organizational abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Supervisor-3rd

Location: Andover, MA

Pay Range: Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Shift: 3rd Shift 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

What's the Job?

• Supervise multiple TAPs and potentially other Production/Warehouse Leads to ensure smooth operations
• Manage scheduling, timekeeping, and general training for team members
• Communicate attendance and performance issues to staffing agencies as needed
• Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are maintained on the production floor
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team

What's Needed?

• Ability to supervise and coordinate team activities effectively
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Experience in a warehouse or production environment is preferred but not required
• Flexibility to work the scheduled shift and adapt to operational needs
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
