Job Title: Pop-Up Engagement Ambassador
Job Type: FT/PT
Pay: $20-22 per hour (rate based on market and relevant experience)
Expected Hours: FT/PT, weekends and holidays as needed

Join one of the world’s most beloved toy brands as a Pop-Up Experience Ambassador and become the face of fun at our immersive retail holiday pop-up at The Grove. The ideal candidate a natural entertainer with a passion for play and storytelling. Someone who is energetic, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with kids and adults alike.
This is a seasonal position from October 20th to January 7th, with potential for continued employment with Winston Retail and other projects that may be available.
Responsibilities:Responsibilities:
- Be the ultimate brand champion—welcoming guests with energy, warmth, and a playful spirit
- Guide families and fans through interactive toy experiences, games, and photo-worthy moments
- Spark excitement by sharing product stories, demonstrating toys, and encouraging hands-on play
- Deliver a joyful, immersive customer experience that blends luxury with play
- Support event setup, merchandising, and crowd engagement with a smile
- Capture the magic—help guests create memories they’ll never forget
- Ring customer transactions using the POS system and actively sell add-ons at the cash wrap. Follow proper cash handling procedures.
- Represent Winston appropriately and professionally to the client, client’s employees, and store customers.
- Regularly communicate with Winston’s Regional Manager to ensure any concerns, challenges, and opportunities are addressed timely.
- Adhere to all Winston policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all store policies and procedures.
- All other work-related duties as assigned by Pop Up Experience Manager or Winston Regional Management.
- Submit store visit reports, including taking before and after photos and writing feedback, using our Winston App on a smart device
- Smartphones are required for reporting:
- IOS:Use an iPhone 11 or newer
- Android:Use a 2020 or newer device with an OS no more than four versions behind the lates
Experience & Skills:
- Previous work as a brand ambassador, pop-up associate, or experiential marketing rep is highly desirable
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Physical Requirements: Ability to be mobile within the store, including standing, walking, lifting up to 30 lbs occasionally, and using ladders.
