Job Description:

HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Travel Cardiac Cath Lab RN for a 13-week assignment in Albany, New York. The ideal candidate has recent cath lab experience, is proficient in Epic, and is comfortable participating in a structured call rotation. This role involves supporting diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Assist physicians during cardiac catheterizations and other cardiovascular procedures

  Monitor and assess patients pre-, intra-, and post-procedure

  
  
  
• 
  

  Administer medications and IV therapy as directed

  
  
  
• 
  

  Maintain sterile technique and ensure patient safety at all times

  
  
  
• 
  

  Accurately document procedures and patient data in Epic

  
  
  
• 
  

  Respond promptly to emergency situations and support resuscitation efforts when needed

  
  
  
• 
  

  Participate in call schedule as required

  
  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Active New York RN license – required

  
  
  
• 
  

  Epic EMR experience – required

  
  
  
• 
  

  Minimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab RN experience

  BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA) – required

  
  
  
• 
  

  Strong knowledge of cardiac procedures, hemodynamics, and critical care principles

  Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
