Job Description & Requirements

Qualifications:
- 1 Year Minimum Experience REQUIRED
- 1st Time Travelers are not ACCEPTED
- Locals are ACCEPTED
- REQUIRED Certs: BLS and ARRT
Skills REQUIRED:
- Vascular studies/procedures, Neuro Experience (including stroke and body work).
- Inpatient hospital exp, PACS, contrast required.
- All IR procedures including: stents, angioplasty, angiograms, nephograms, kyphoplasty, peripherals, Biopsies, drainages, upper and lower extremity, abd and pelvic, genitourinary studies, vascular studies, venous access and neurological studies.
- Siemens and Phillips x-ray equipment experience required.
PREFERRED Skills:
- PREFERRED Certs: ARRT Advanced Cert
- EPIC and Visage preferred.
- Outpatient, OR, ER, Level I trauma, community hospital, Ablations
JOB DETAILS:
- Shift: First shift with call, staggered start time between 0700 and 0830 for 8 hours/day M-F.
- Unit will accept contracts for 13 weeks.
- Call Requirement: Weekends and evenings/nights on call rotation. On Call As Needed: Yes, primary and backup call rotation.
- Float Requirement: None.
- Weekend Requirement: Weekends and evenings/nights on call rotation.
- PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Patient Age Group: majority Adults and geriatrics, with some Adolescents.
- Required skill in both Neuro (to include stroke intervention) and Body procedures.
SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS:
- Daily Case Load: 13-17.
SPECIAL EQUIPMENT: Siemens and Phillips required. Acuson preferred.
Hospital Orientation week one; traveler must be available for classes each day.
