Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse for our MedSurg unit. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent attendance and punctuality. This position requires the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage a patient load with a typical ratio of 1:6.
- Provide comprehensive patient care in a MedSurg setting.
- Participate in holiday rotation as required.
- Utilize EHR system, Paragon, for documentation and record-keeping.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current BLS certification.
- ADN required; BSN preferred.
- Previous MedSurg experience is highly desirable.
