American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist with at least 1 year of experience for an acute care hospital outpatient setting in Minnesota, requiring a current or pending MN state license and BLS certification.
Responsibilities- Work in an acute care hospital with outpatient OT focus
- Day shifts, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- No weekend or on-call requirement
- EPIC EMR used
- First-time travelers are welcome for this position
- Travelers who were previous permanent staff must have been away for at least 9 months
- Holiday work may be required as needed
- Finalized RTO must be submitted with application; no RTO allowed within the first week and maximum 7 days RTO per assignment
- Medical or religious exemption form required for vaccines if applicable
- Fingerprinting must be completed in person in MN the Monday prior to start and the traveler is responsible for travel arrangements
- Labs must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract
- Active or pending MN Occupational Therapist license required if applicable
- Minimum 1 year of relevant OT experience
- Current BLS certification required
- Proof of date submitted for pending license must be included
- Must not reside within 50 miles of the facility
