• Tuesday - Friday clinic days with 9-hour shifts, 8am - 5pm
• One remote care coordination day per week -- either Monday or Friday
• 15 patients or less per day
• Outpatient clinic setting
• EMR: Epic
• Adult hematology/oncology -- no pediatrics
• Two-week orientation period
