  • General Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and public spaces. Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
  • Support Housekeeping Staff: Assist housekeeping staff with room preparation, including delivering supplies, linens, and amenities as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and guest amenities. Report low inventory levels to the supervisor.
  • Maintenance Assistance: Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, fixing fixtures, and reporting larger issues to maintenance personnel.
  • Guest Services: Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a housekeeping or facilities role is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Spanish knowledge preferred, but not required
