The Employee Services Manager will:
- Manage onboarding of new hires and facilitate orientation.
- Work with the clinical team to schedule and coordinate onboarding requirements for new caregivers and clinicians
- Manage ongoing employee compliance such as TB tests and criminal background checks.
- Manage our recognition programs such as Presidential Scholarships and Office Hero’s.
- Develop strong, communicative relationships with the office team and field staff.
- Manage administrative tasks regarding employee files and requirements.
Qualifications for an Employee Services Manager:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Prior supervisory experience a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong people skills, organization skills, and attention to detail are highly desired.
