Cath Lab Technologist – Travel Assignment
Location: Gainesville, FL 32601
Duration: 13-week contract
Shift & Schedule:
- 10-hour Day Shift (4x10s), variable
- 40 hours per week
- Weekend Requirement: Overnight and weekend call coverage
- On-Call Requirement: Rotating overnight and weekend call coverage
- 50 Mile Radius Rule
About the Role:
Join a high-performing congenital cath lab team in Gainesville, Florida! This lab cares for patients across all ages, from neonates to adults, and provides both cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology services. Travelers with congenital, pediatric, and adult experience will thrive in this dynamic environment.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Pediatric and adult congenital cath lab experience required
- Proficiency in PCI (Percutaneous Coronary Intervention), Impella, IABP (Intra-aortic Balloon Pump), interventional cardiology, and management of heart failure patients
- Experience with temporary pacemakers and structural procedures such as Watchman preferred
Requirements:
- Certification: RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) at time of submission
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in cardiovascular technology or cath lab
