What You’ll Do
• Oversee interdepartmental coordination and manage workflows for the entire facility and/or campus.
• Be accountable for outcomes related to departmental coordination, project completion, fiscal stability, supply optimization, and timely reporting.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation requirements.
• Lead with a focus on collaboration, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
• Education: Master’s degree or equivalent preferred; bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required.
• Experience: Three or more years of leadership and/or managerial experience in a healthcare setting; behavioral health setting preferred.
• Other: Pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check required.
