Schedule: 10-Hour Shifts (On Your Feet) 7 AM to 4:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a General Assembly / Quality Control role for signage manufacturing. This position plays a key role in ensuring our products are built and inspected to the highest standards. You will be trained on all processes and expected to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble signage components accurately and efficiently
• Perform visual and functional quality control checks
• Identify and troubleshoot basic production or quality issues
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow detailed instructions and company procedures
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals
• Handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Report defects or inconsistencies in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• No prior experience required we will train the right candidate!
