Job Description
  • Location: DMV preferred. Candidate must be available to report onsite at the client’s DC location on short notice (12–24 hours). All related expenses—including travel, lodging, and meals—are the candidate’s responsibility and will not be reimbursed.
  • Clearance Requirement: Must have continuous residency in the United States for at least the past 3.5 years. Candidates with an active or recently expired Federal Public Trust clearance are preferred.
  • Employment Type: Full-time

  • Experience Required: Up to 2 years of professional experience post-graduation. Candidates with more experience are welcome to apply; however, this role is scoped and compensated as an associate-level position.
  • Salary Range: $47,500 – $57,500 annually, plus company benefits.

Position Overview
Stealth Solutions is seeking an Associate Functional Analyst to support requirements gathering, functional analysis, documentation, and testing for government digital platforms and websites. This role blends functional analysis with quality assurance responsibilities—including documenting user stories, performing accessibility compliance testing, and contributing to test automation. Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
  • Translate needs into Epics, Features, and comprehensive User Stories.
  • Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts.
  • Conduct manual testing of websites and digital platforms for functionality, performance, and usability.
  • Perform Section 508/accessibility compliance testing in line with federal standards.
  • Log, track, and support the resolution of defects.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
  • Work closely with developers and project managers to ensure complete requirement traceability and test coverage.
  • Contribute to automated testing initiatives (experience with automation tools strongly preferred).
  • Document test results and prepare reporting deliverables for government stakeholders.
  • Actively support continuous improvement in QA and functional analysis practices.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in requirements analysis, QA, or functional testing.
  • Experience in website or application testing, including accessibility/508 testing.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methods and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and communication skills.
  • Ability to report onsite in DC with 12–24 hours’ notice.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting federal government or public-sector IT projects.
  • Hands-on exposure to automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks.
