We’re a locally trusted supplier of high-quality building materials, serving contractors and homeowners in Florida. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support our outside sales team and help customers bring their projects to life.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate window quotes using manufacturer quoting software (based on customer plans)

• Collaborate with outside sales reps to finalize quotes, place orders, and coordinate deliveries

• Communicate with customers to ensure product specifications and timelines are met

• Maintain organized records of quotes, orders, and delivery schedules

• Provide product knowledge and support across multiple categories

Qualifications

• Experience with quoting software from window manufacturers (ES Windows, PGT, CWS preferred)

• Familiarity with Florida Product Approval ratings and building code compliance

• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans

• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills

• Bonus: Knowledge of siding, decking, and interior doors
