Lead Inventory Specialist & Sales Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Manager and Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing inventory levels, creating displays, helping customers and supporting the overall supply chain operations. This position requires a strong understanding of inventory management, stocking/pricing and display design. Must have a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the store in collaboration with the Scheduling Manager. Typical shift hours fall between 11:30AM-6:30PM Monday- Thursday.

Duties

• Collaborate with employees and purchasing teams to unpack, price and display inventory on a day-to-day basis.
• Work with the scheduling manager to ensure all shifts are filled and job duties are delegated.
• Order supplies, manage inventory needs and assist customers promptly and professionally.
• Manage any needs of the storefront, with clean, organized displays and fully stocked shelves and coolers.
• Maintain inventory needs, rotate foods, order goods, and clean and stock the storefront.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inventory control and retail management.
• Familiarity with POS system, cash handling, and Inventory control.
• Requires some lifting and bending, with the ability to use a ladder and work on your feet for the entirety of your shift.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
