Position Overview:
We are seeking dynamic, hands-on, and passionate General Managers, Kitchen Managers, and Restaurant Managers to join our team. As a manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house service, kitchen management, team leadership, inventory, and more. Your role will ensure our guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience while fostering a positive work culture for our team.
Responsibilities:
General Manager:
Oversee overall restaurant operations, including guest service, staff management, and financial performance.
Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
Hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring high performance and a positive work environment.
Implement and maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Manage budgets, track financial performance, and optimize operational costs.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with local laws and restaurant policies.
Kitchen Manager:
Manage kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to food safety and cleanliness standards.
Monitor inventory, food preparation, and equipment usage.
Maintain high standards of food quality and consistency.
Control food costs and reduce waste through effective inventory management.
Train and mentor kitchen staff to ensure efficiency and high-quality output.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Restaurant Manager:
Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by overseeing service and quality.
Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to maintain smooth operations.
Support recruitment and training of staff.
Supervise opening and closing procedures.
Ensure that restaurant is properly stocked and maintained.
Qualifications:
Experience:
At least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant industry (casual dining or fast food preferred).
For Kitchen Managers, prior experience in kitchen operations is required.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Knowledge of food safety and restaurant regulations.
Financial acumen, including budget management and cost control.
Education:
High school diploma required; additional management or culinary education is a plus.
