Apartment Maintenance Technician – Waco, TX

We’re seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to support a busy apartment community in Waco, TX. This role is ideal for someone with solid handyman skills and a willingness to take on tasks as needed. HVAC certification is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Handle general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs.

• Complete work orders quickly and efficiently.

• Assist with make-ready duties, including painting, flooring, and basic repairs.

• Maintain property grounds and ensure safety and curb appeal.

• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in apartment maintenance or general handyman work is required.

• HVAC knowledge/certification is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently.
