Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business and expand the client base.
• Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to close sales effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the insurance process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and insurance products to advise clients appropriately.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in insurance sales and customer service
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to perform outside sales and retail sales effectively
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus
• Familiarity with sales administration and marketing strategies
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and benefits administration
• Strong analytical skills and experience in telemarketing
