Mortgage Loan Closer

Mortgage Closer Responsibilities:

• Review and Complete loan date in LOS (Loan origination System).
• Prepare, review, and deliver loan closing packages to closing agents in a timely manner.
• Manage and resolve problems or issues that arise with loan documentation.
• Act as an intermediary between all parties involved in the loan transaction.
• Prepares and delivers Final Closing disclosure.
• Customer Service.
• Resolve any problems or issues that may arise after closing.
• Confirm loan compliance with all state and federal regulations and policies, as well as investor/mortgage
• lending product and program guidelines.
