Account Representative
Empire Workforce Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Mountville, PA* as an *Onsite Account Representative. This is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit & Enroll Candidates:
Conduct interviews, manage onboarding, and ensure all new hires complete the necessary documentation and orientation.
Keep all the information updated on the system.
- Client & Workforce Coordination:
Serve as the point of contact between the workforce and client site. Maintain regular communication to ensure proper staffing and attendance.
- Payroll Review:
Verify and review daily and weekly payroll for accuracy. Resolve discrepancies and ensure timely submission of hours and reports.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruiting, payroll, or related administrative roles (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Must be able to work onsite in Manteca, CA
Compensation & Schedule:
- Starting Pay Rate: $23 per hour
- Full-time morning schedule (Monday - Friday) with some flexibility depending on client needs
- Opportunity for growth and additional responsibilities over time
