Job description:
We are looking for a Warehouse Clerk to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who is organized, reliable, and enjoys keeping things running smoothly. You will help schedule trucks, check shipping paperwork, enter data into our ERP system, and keep accurate records of what comes in and goes out of the warehouse.
Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm truck deliveries and pickups.
- Review and process Bills of Lading (BOLs) and other shipping documents.
- Enter data into the ERP system and keep records updated.
- Prepare packages for shipment and handle paperwork for incoming freight.
- Help with inventory counts and quality checks.
- Support the team with basic office tasks and communication.
Skills/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience with BOLs and ERP systems.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Good communicator and team player.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
