Job Description
Job Title: Publication Coordinator - Remote
Location: Remote
Pay Rate: $30/hr to $31/hr
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Process incoming Final Publication Review (FPR) requests.
- Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate timely approvals of FPR requests across stakeholders.
- Maintain publications databases and records in Salesforce.
- Troubleshoot submission and technical issues for stakeholders.
- Follow up on unanswered automated requests for reviews and approvals.
- Upload final versions and metadata to the publication archive.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SOPs, best practices, and product team dynamics.
- Escalate compliance issues and exceptions as identified.
