Box Truck Driver

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class C Box Truck Driver to join our team!
This position involves operating a 26,000 GVW 26’ box truck to deliver goods to commercial customers (restaurants, retail stores, and home improvement stores) across the Bay Area (San Leandro, San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, Hayward).

Please note: Experience limited to app-based delivery (Uber, Doordash, Instacart, Spark, FedEx Ground, USPS, etc.) does not qualify.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (or until route is completed)
Pay: $24 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a 26’ Class C box truck for pickups and deliveries.

• Complete 15–20 deliveries per day to commercial customers.

• Load and unload freight using pallet jacks, dollies, and hand trucks.

• Lift up to 75 lbs individually and up to 300 lbs with assistance.

• Enter/exit truck frequently throughout the day.

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.

• Keep the truck clean and organized.

• Manage invoices, process product returns, and provide excellent customer service.

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and store associates.

• Follow DOT and company safety guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class C Driver’s License.

• Minimum 1 year of experience driving a 26’ box truck (required).

• Experience with app-based delivery or personal vehicles does not qualify.

• Ability to handle a physically demanding workload with frequent lifting and bending.

• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic.
