About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician II to join our 3rd shift team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operations. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical and mechanical skills, experience in a manufacturing environment, and the ability to work independently on preventive and corrective maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.

• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to diagnose and repair equipment.

• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements.

• Weld, fabricate, and repair machine parts and assemblies.

• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts when needed.

• Document maintenance activities and maintain accuracy within the CMMS system.

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO).

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors during shift handoffs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• 4+ years of experience in industrial maintenance.

• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Experience with conveyors, motors, gearboxes, bearings, and pumps.

• PLC troubleshooting/programming experience preferred.

• Welding and fabrication skills preferred.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.

• Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as required.

Schedule

• 3rd Shift (Overnight)

• Full-time, 40 hours per week

• Overtime and weekend work as needed
