They are responsible for motivating their team and inspiring positive communication within the team to work together toward achieving goals./pulliGuide and oversee the production team’s diverse activities, such as operating machinery, managing production lines, processing materials, packaging products, and organizing inventory./liliMaintain rigorous compliance with safety protocols and uphold the highest quality standards./liliOversee quality control by managing policies, processes, and procedures and address any issues with purchased materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods/liliInspire and lead employees to enhance productivity and achieve set production targets./liliCultivate a collaborative team atmosphere; promote open dialogue and teamwork./liliEstablish and communicate clear team objectives; ensure goals are understood and pursued by the team./liliPartner with supervisor to ensure assigned tasks are completed./liliCollaborate with production supervisor to manage daily operations; track team performance, report on key metrics, and resolve problems swiftly./liliCoordinate with the maintenance department to confirm that all equipment is operational and meets performance standards./liliTake on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by management./li/ulstrongQualifications:/strongulliDemonstrated oral and written communication skills combined with the ability to coach, train, and mentor all levels of associate/liliWhile performing the duties of the job, the associate is regularly required to stand.#xa0; The associate is required to walk: reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; turning or twisting; pushing, and talk or hear/liliAbility to develop and play a team member role with other plant members.
