ul
liAssist with building events, activities and/or conferences./li
liActs as a liaison between administrative staff, district personnel, students and/or the public./li
liEnsure that building keys are issues, tracked and monitored./li
liMaintain various records, schedules, files, and rosters in appropriate information system(s)./li
liProvides correspondence including but not limited to letters, notifications, program inquiries, and/or verifying policy content with supervisor./li
liAssist in projects to meet building needs and/or requirements./li
liFollow district procedures for the procurement of supplies, equipment, printing and maintenance services./li
liPlacing orders and/or receiving office supplies./li
liDocument and track maintenance requests and/or work order status./li
liContact maintenance/facilities to request repairs, emergency assistance such as safety, security, and/or hazardous situations./li
liReview and schedule requests to use facilities for events./li
liSchedule appointments and/or meetings for Assistant Principal(s)./li
liGreet visitors, students, parents and/or district personnel./li
liAssist with collecting student fines, fees, providing receipts, distributing student schedules, and student checkout throughout the school year./li
liAid with student bus routes including but not limited to reading, using or searching information from maps or schedules provided by the Transportation Department, and/or contacting an appropriate department for further assistance./li
liProvide clerical assistance in the completion of Emergency Expulsion letters, student handbook, faculty handbook and student course directory./li
liMaintain building staffing list which may include classroom number, extension, class period, and any other information to assist incoming substitutes, parents, students or district personnel./li
liAssist with radio and audio contact with police, security, and/or administrator(s) during lunch period(s) and throughout the day./li
liParticipate in District meetings to communicate information and gain feedback and/or direction on a variety of issues./li
liMaintain inventory of office supplies to ensure availability of required items./li
liDistribute documents and materials to appropriate staff, students and/or parents./li
liAnswer phones including support for other departments, taking messages, responding to voicemails and/or forwarding calls./li
liPerform secretarial duties to assist in the daily activities for the building and administrator(s)./li
liAssists with supervision of students to ensure a safe and productive learning environment./li
