You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, implement best practices, and ensure our systems are running smoothly. Additionally, you will be responsible for security related support activities./ppbr /bKey Responsibilities:/b/pulliCollaborate with development and operations teams to automate and optimize processes./liliAssist in the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of applications and infrastructure./liliImplement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery./liliTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and infrastructure./liliMonitor system performance and implement improvements as needed./liliMaintain documentation for processes and procedures./liliSupport application specific hardware (workstations, printers, scanners, routers, etc.)/liliEvaluate signal strength of cellular connections to ensure stability./liliCheck the cellular provider’s status for network issues and consider deactivating a problematic network./liliRecommend switching to the 2.4GHz network if 5GHz connectivity issues arise, particularly for users who may be out of range of the 5GHz network./li/ulpbr /bBasic Requirements:/b/pulliHS Diploma or equivalent/liliAt least 3 years of previous IT related experience/liliUnderstanding of networking concepts, including firewall management./liliKnowledge of Windows operating systems, with the ability to install, configure, and support.br / /li/ulpbPreferred Skills:/b/pulliBasic understanding of wired, wireless, and mobile networks, including troubleshooting capabilities./liliAbility to manually setup, configure, and maintain Zebra label printers./liliFamiliarity with the ITIL framework, preferably with experience using ServiceNow./liliExperience managing routers /liliAbility to enable/disable Starlink service using provided job aids./liliCapability to investigate potential network issues, such as low Wi-Fi speed or frequent disconnections, and provide potential solutions./liliBasic understanding of DevOps principles and practices./liliStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail./liliExcellent communication and teamwork abilities./liliFamiliarity with monitoring tools and incident management practices./liliIndustry Relevant certifications/liliKnowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)./liliUnderstanding of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, GitHub)./liliExperience configuring Peplink routers./li/ul/divp style="text-align:left"Lilly is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities to actively engage in the workforce, ensuring equal opportunities when vying for positions.
