pb2026 Summer Intern - Portfolio Management, Acquisitions, Development, Asset Management, and Research/b/pp/ppFairfield is a private equity investment manager in the multifamily real estate sector with over $13 Billion of assets under management, investing primarily on behalf of pension funds and other institutional investors, both foreign and domestic./pp/ppWe are seeking candidates for a 10-week internship from June 1 to August 14, 2026, working on-site at our San Diego, CA corporate office. The ideal candidate will have completed at least 2 years of colleges coursework, possess strong quantitative skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, while demonstrating outstanding organizational skills and the ability to meet project deadlines./pp/ppDuring the program, the intern will assist with analysis of portfolios, assets, development and various research initiatives.
