h2Overview/h2 p$1.50/hr. shift differential for 2nd or 3rd shift/p pstrong($17.36 - $22.17/hr.)/strong/p pThis position will be responsible for loading and unloading the paint line./p p /p h2Responsibilities/h2 pChanging hooks and racks setting line up for parts/p p /p pLoading and unloading parts from line/p p /p pInserting and removing plugs from parts /p p /p pInspecting parts for defects/p p /p pCommunicate well with others and work as a team/p p /p pComplies with safety regulations, promotes workplace safety and reports all unsafe acts/p p /p pVarious other duties as required/p h2Qualifications/h2 pstrongEducation/Experience:/strong/p pHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Basic understanding of powder coating system(s)./p p /p pstrongLanguage Ability:/strong/p pAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.  Ability to write simple correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.                            /p p /p pstrongMath Ability:/strong/p pAbility to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs./p p /p pstrongReasoning Ability: /strong/p pAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations./p p /p pstrongComputer Skills: /strong/p pTo perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge and ability to key critical data into a computer with accuracy and thoroughness. /p p /p pstrongCertificates and Licenses: /strong/p pNo certifications needed./p p /p pstrongSupervisory Responsibilities: /strong/p pThis job has no supervisory responsibilities./p p /p pstrongWork Environment:/strong/p pThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
