The characteristics of the position and standards of performance may be changed by TCMC with or without prior notice based on the needs of the organization./p ul liMaintains a safe, clean working environment, including unit based safety and infection control requirements./li liMaintain current knowledge of Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, Policies Procedures, Department/Division Rules and Regulations/li liMaintain current and accurate data in credentialing database./li liMaintain the Emergency Department Call schedule and related activities./li liTrack, update and maintain data by expiration dates./li liCoordinate all graduate medical education activities/li liPrepare responses to verification requests and other requests for information/li liManage medical record delinquency letters/fines process/li liAssist with support of Medical Staff committees, departments, divisions as needed/li liAssist with other functions as necessary to support the Medical Staff office activities/li /ul p /p pstronguQualifications: /u/strong/p ul liMinimum of 3 years medical office or healthcare experience required; Medical Staff office experience, preferred./li liComputer proficient, including medical staff database software, Microsoft Office/li liStrong organizational skills, detail-oriented, required./li liAbility to communicate effectively and professionally both written and verbal/li liAbility to prioritize workload to meet deadlines for multiple tasks /li /ul pstronguEducation:/u/strong/p ul liHigh school diploma or GED, required./li liSome college, preferred./li /ul p /p pEach new hire candidate who is offered employment must pass a physical evaluation, urine drug screen and pre-employment background checks before starting work. /p p /p p*Salary/Hourly wage range for this position is posted.  Actual pay will be determined based on verified experience as well as internal equity./p p /p pemTCHD is an equal opportunity employer.
