The facility is located in Klamath Falls, Oregon.

MondayFriday, 40 hours per week, splitting time between two clinics with bread-and-butter outpatient primary care duties.

• Case Load/PPD:  15-20 patients per day
• Support Staff:  Full support staff - 3-4 NPs on staff
• Patient Population:  All Ages
