Medical Oncology RN
Qualifications:
- 2 Years of experience REQUIRED
- 1st Time Travelers are ACCEPTED
- Locals are ACCEPTED
- REQUIRED Certs: BCLS
Skills REQUIRED:
- Medical Oncology Experience REQUIRED (this position works with the physician), IV Start, Triage, Outpatient Experience.
PREFERRED Skills:
- PREFERRED Certs: Chemotherapy certification (Not an infusion role)
- CHEMO Competency not required but OK if they are
JOB DETAILS:
- SHOULD BRING/HAVE THEIR OWN STETHOSCOPE
- Clinic is closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day
- SHIFT: 40 Hours
- Will Accept 13 Weeks.
- 8-HOUR DAYS
- Monday - Friday 08:00-17:00
- RTO: 7 days MAX for AUTO OFFER
- Call Requirement: NO CALL
- Float Requirement: ***FLOATING REQUIRED*** as needed to other infusion centers in the greater Charlotte Area (We need them to be able to travel between three of our offices: Huntersville, Mooresville, & University.
- Mooresville to University (25.0 miles/29 min); Mooresville to Huntersville(11.6 miles/15 min); Huntersville to University (14.2 miles/19 min);
- Weekend Requirement: NONE
- PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Adult, Outpatient only, Hematology, Oncology, Supportive care. EPIC, SBAR. Must have Outpatient experience.
UNIT SYSTEMS: Pyxis, EPIC, SBAR
SCRUBS: Navy
Referral Bonus: $250-$500 (each referral)
