About the Role:
We’re hiring a Director of Sales to lead strategic sales efforts for a global retail software company. This is a remote opportunity for a U.S.-based candidate with a strong background in retail software or ERP sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive direct and channel sales across North America
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to post-sale upselling
• Build and expand relationships with key clients and partners
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Support teams
• Deliver accurate forecasts and exceed revenue targets
• Represent the company in client meetings (minimal travel required)

What We’re Looking For:

• 10–12 years of experience in sales, specifically in retail software or ERP
• Proven success in selling solutions like SAP Business ByDesign
• U.S. residency required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven and results-oriented
