Job Description
We are seeking an Account Sales Representative-Non Alcohol Lines. The Non-Alcoholic Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth and account development of Capitol Beverage’s portfolio. This role requires a motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. The representative will manage a mix of chain, independent, and emerging accounts to increase product availability, visibility, and overall performance in the marketplace.
Key Duties:
· Monitor and manage account-level inventory to ensure optimal product levels and minimize out-of-stocks.
· Collaborate with delivery teams to verify orders, reconcile discrepancies, and rotate stock effectively.
· Merchandise all deliveries, ensuring shelves and displays are properly filled, faced, and presented to Capitol Beverage standards.
· Track sell-through and report on product movement to assist in forecasting and sales planning.
· Maintain brand visibility through execution of point-of-sale materials, promotional displays, and seasonal resets.
· Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking within assigned territories.
· Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts, ensuring effective execution of promotions, pricing, and displays.
· Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and category performance to provide insights and recommendations to sales management.
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service in the beverage industry is preferred
- Familiarity sales software programs (Encompass)
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
