LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse [ALL SHIFTS ARE OPEN]

SALARY: $45,000 - $73,000 plus BENEFITS.

Join a dedicated pediatric healthcare team as a Float Nurse, supporting clinics across the Raleigh and Wake Forest region. This full-time role provides the opportunity to care for patients across different sites, ensuring flexibility, collaboration, and consistency in delivering high-quality pediatric care. As a Float LPN, you will support clinic operations, assist providers, and engage in direct patient care, including assessments, triage, lab work, and family education. Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Level I

• Current LPN license in North Carolina.
• Current BCLS certification.
• High school diploma or GED; CLIA-approved science coursework preferred.
• Ability to deliver basic nursing care and assist with lab testing, triage, and administrative duties.
• Effective communication, time management, and basic pediatric clinical skills.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Level II

• All LPN I qualifications plus:
• At least 6-12 months of consistent performance at LPN I level.
• Proven ability to manage complex patient needs with clinical accuracy and critical thinking.
• Experience training new staff, leading in triage and lab functions, and contributing to care coordination and clinic flow.
• High initiative and reliability as a team resource and mentor.
