Companion Care Needed

I'll be recovering from total hip surgery. I will need help with getting dressed at first, doing light housework, meals, feeding the dog (a sweetheart Shetland Sheepdog who barks) and letting him in and out of the yard, and just helping me do anything I can't do while recovering . I'm not exactly sure what I won't be able to do.
