Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and servicing a variety of electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, ensuring optimal performance of production machinery.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Ensure routine calibration and maintenance of electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Perform troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic production machines.
• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical equipment including electric motors, control boxes, welders, and PLCs.
• Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, both electrical and mechanical.
• Repair and troubleshoot mechanical, electric, and hydraulic motors, and related systems.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance.
• Strong mechanical skills and understanding of schematics.
• PLC troubleshooting expertise.
• Experience with industrial and three-phase electrical systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as a multicraft technician.
• Ability to work effectively in a 50/50 qualification setup.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Villa Rica, Georgia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
