• Address billing inquiries and assist patients with resolving insurance-related issues, including obtaining necessary authorizations and referrals.

• Maintain and update patient medical records with precision, adhering to departmental policies and compliance standards.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by assessing patient needs and responding promptly to inquiries and concerns.

• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and a positive experience for all stakeholders.

• Communicate effectively with management to identify and resolve issues impacting workflow and recommend process improvements.

• Uphold high standards by treating all patients and staff with dignity and respect during interactions.

• Adapt to changes in policies, insurance regulations, and system updates to maintain efficiency and compliance.

• Ensure consistent attendance and punctuality to support the operational needs of the clinic.c

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare settings.
• Strong typing skills to efficiently input patient information.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with healthcare systems, including TRICARE and NIS, is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Understanding of patient confidentiality and healthcare regulations.
• Offshore experience or knowledge is a plus.
