Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) is needed to support elementary students in Grass Valley, CA, for the current school year (CSY) on a contract basis.

This part-time position involves working 2-3 days per week, providing speech therapy services for a caseload of approximately 15 students. The district welcomes candidates who hold SLP CCC, SLP School certification, or are credentialed as SLPA. This role offers the opportunity to engage closely with young learners in an elementary school setting, helping to develop their communication skills through individualized therapy.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid certification as SLP CCC or SLP School, or credential as SLPA
  • Experience working with school-aged children in a speech therapy context
  • Ability to manage and adjust therapy caseload effectively
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
