Quality Control Inspector – BelFlex is Hiring in Maumelle, AR!
Pay: $19.54/hour
Schedule: Rotating schedule, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Location: Maumelle, AR

BelFlex has partnered with a leading food manufacturing company in Maumelle to hire a Quality Assurance Inspector. This role ensures all products meet the highest standards of safety and quality. If you take pride in details, accuracy, and food safety, this is the job for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor inbound raw materials for truck seals, bin placement, and Certificates of Analysis.

• Verify HACCP compliance and report deviations.

• Conduct hourly and scheduled checks (metal detectors, bar codes, product temps, package seals, etc.).

• Track and monitor product attributes including thickness, size, color, temperature, and weight.

• Maintain daily logs for thermometer calibration and batter strainer checks.

• Place non-conforming products on hold for management review.

• Verify GMP compliance and document non-conformances.

• Perform process control studies and assist with investigations as needed.

Requirements:

• Ability to read, write legibly, and perform simple math.

• 1+ year food production experience required; 1+ year in Quality role preferred.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills.

• HS Diploma or GED preferred.

PPE Required: Slip-resistant footwear, gloves, uniform/smock, hairnet/beard net, and safety gear.

Work Environment: Food manufacturing setting with exposure to hot and cold environments.
