LHH is actively recruiting for a Sourcing Coordinator to join a leading procurement organization in Indianapolis, IN. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering competitive pay and long-term career potential in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Position Details
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay: Up to $31.25/hour (Estimated annual salary upon conversion: $60,000–$65,000)
Location: On-site in Indianapolis, IN
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Overtime: Potential for additional hours based on business needs
About the Company
This organization specializes in the procurement and sourcing of raw materials and ingredients for major consumer goods companies. Their work supports the supply chain of household brands across the country.
Key Responsibilities
Enter supplier costs into ERP systems (Oracle, SAP)
Maintain customer contract databases and Excel trackers
Resolve cost discrepancies and vendor invoice issues
Support RFP/RFI processes and bid tracking
Collect documentation for new item setup (COA, SDS, Kosher Certifications)
Conduct market research and generate supplier performance reports
Provide analytics and freight cost reviews
Assist with vendor relationship management and internal communications
Qualifications
Experience in sourcing support or procurement coordination
Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle or SAP preferred)
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, comparison graphs)
Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization
Pay Details: $28.00 to $31.25 per hour
